Mobility Skills Flow combines strength and flexibility training to improve your mobility and increase your range of motion, with the mental benefits of a flow class while working on learning exciting new skills, poses, and techniques.

The goal of the program
In this program, you’ll find freedom in your body. This 5-part program combines strength and flexibility training to improve your mobility and increase your range of motion, with the mental benefits of a flow class, while working on learning exciting new skills, poses and techniques. Normal strength or flexibility training can get repetitive and boring, that’s why we designed these creative, yet super effective flows that will have you completely forget you’re working out.
Each workout focusses on a different yoga technique, which is built and repeated throughout the class: Backbending, twisting, binding, folding, and hip opening. The skill of picking up a new technique and applying it in different poses is extremely powerful as it shows that we’re cognitively learning new, healthy movement patterns that can be useful in other sports or just keep us fit and injury-free in daily life.

Each of these classes are based around a different Yoga technique which is repeated throughout the class. With this program, you will master the following:
