The goal of HIT Strength

Introducing high-intensity interval-style workouts that use dynamic, yoga-inspired moves to deliver maximum results in minimum time. Each of the five workouts in our new HIT Strength program uses a combination of high-repetition exercises and static holds to strengthen and define your chest and back, arms and shoulders, core, hips, and legs.

The beauty of these workouts is that despite being high-intensity, we’ve also added some flexibility work to make the best use of the breaks in between the intervals. This coupled with a super-effective breathing and meditation technique helps to calm the mind. Moreover, you really get the full experience of an integrative HIT Strength and Yoga workout that not only strengthens you but keeps your mobility under check too!

The program

Each of these classes targets a specific body part. Alongside this, we use a combination of high-repetition exercises and static holds to strengthen and define the following:

  1. Chest and back
  2. Arms and shoulders
  3. Hips
  4. Core
  5. Legs

The intention behind these workouts is to take the feeling you get after a long one-hour workout and condense it down into 15 minutes so there is really no excuse not to do them. You don’t need a gym or weights to get in incredible shape — you just need your body and hard work.
